How It Works
Once approved, you can use your CareCredit card as often as you need without reapplying, as long as you have available credit. CareCredit is accepted at more than 200,000 healthcare providers nationwide, including dental, cosmetic, and veterinary practices.
Pay Your Balance Online
Use Pay My Provider, CareCredit's online payment tool, to pay outstanding balances quickly and securely. You can also call Becky in the Clifton office at (973) 546-6161 for help with payment options.

Insurance
We Accept Most Insurance Plans
Our office works with most insurance carriers and many vision plans. If you are unsure about your coverage, call the number on the back of your insurance card to confirm that we participate with your plan before your visit.
Before Your Visit
- A referral from your primary care physician may be required. It is your responsibility to obtain a referral before your appointment.
- If you are coming in for a routine eye exam, verify with your carrier that you are covered for routine benefits.
- Please bring your insurance cards to every visit. Co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of your appointment.
